When you are looking to buy a book of business or a franschise with Brooke Insurance, Brooke Credit Corp, Brooke Corp, they lie to you, make things look good on the books, you buy in and then they get your assest if you have no down or very little down, they make you sign no compete, no solicit so you can not go to work with another company without getting your employer sued.
Brooke holds your commissions and then your commissions are not right on the statement they provide. You don't see any commission statement from the carrier, it all goes to Brooke. Brooke will cut off your money to where they force you to sell or go bankrupt so they can sell your agency to another.
Brooke is nothing but a resale shop for agencies that have gone broke over BROOKE. Please run, don't look back. When all of this comes to light it will be bigger than anyone can imagine.
THEY purposely run you through all your paperwork at your closing / approval to where you can't read anything. They Lie To YOU IN THEIR Academy stating they will help you in any way. They promise the moon but only deliver pain.
