Do not do business with glenda chauncy. She will just take your money and do nothing. She is the first one with a tear in her eye to tell you how she is fighting for families to help them save their home but she is a liar and a thief. We paid her money we didn't have to help us and she told us all sorts of things she would do for us - which we now know were all lies.
