Since April I have requested my bill be sent to my new address, multiple phone calls and each month I send a copy of the April coupon requesting a change of. Address however been told. The only way to have a new. Bill sent out I will have to re-activate my card which I do not want to do due to the ongoing issue I have requested assistance. From Senator Barbara Mikulski. Any assistance would be greatly apprecaited
