Unauthorized billing

I shut my bill, compensated entirely in March/ April. I recently obtained a credit alert, that will be from HSBC Rhodes declaring that I am thirty days overdue. I am presently used using the military and certainly will not go back to my contact info until 22 September 08 approximately.
