Denied Coverage

I purchased Horizon insurance was told Dr participated by Dr and Magelan, When Dr billed Horizen they said they would honor claim but because Dr was in PA and I bought insurance in NJ they would not honor my zero deductable and said this made DR out of net work. Because they had two susitaries in each State a unethical trick. I believe the Parent company knows they are responsible that is why they honor the claim. I also think when they sold the policy they are decieving me into believing that as long as a Dr participates in their plan you are covered. I can not aford future treatment and I started treatment with this Dr because I believed Horizon would pay my bill if Dr was in Plan regardless of state.
