Axsys National Bank An Affiliate Of: Fingerhut. Ripoff company fingerhut statement processing center does not know how to do their job

This is a update about fingerhut and the processing center.

I called the processing center on11/12/03. And was asking about my acct. I was told i had been paying on this acct only one year and i replyed by saying {i think someone is wrong and it is not me.} i was told the finance charges is all, added to your credit line plus they add daily charges also.

I told the processing center i had been paying on this ever since 1999. I was told i was very much wrong and i replyed back by saying my checks do not lie. And she replyed back by saying just because you make a payment do not fore get you have finance charges that come out of that payment also.

I replyed back by saying if a person addad $10.00 or even $15.00 or even $20.00 to the payment each mo a person should have fingerhut paid off. She said your right!!! So i told her it is not like making payments on a house it should not take 30years. But the way they do the finance charges will make it hard for, some people to get this rip-off compy paid off. But again i was ask to make a payment and i told the processing center for, fingerhut i was not will not make any payments to them because

I feel i have paid fingerhut off couse i have paid $10.00 or, more over what the payments was and had been paying them 5 years, and thats it for me i do not care if you take me to court or not but if you do i am ready couse i have done my homework. You talk that talk but could you tell me what kind of talk the judge will talk?

We the people if everyone that is on this consumer complaints had to take each report to court with them what do you think the judge would say? Becouse from what i read there is more of use than there is fingerhut. But no matter what remember the judge aways has the last say no matter what fingerhut lawyers has to say. We the people have to stand together and show this rip-off fingerhut that we the people have voices to and we are not going to put up with this kind of rip-off any more. We the people can win this if we stsnd togher

And say eoungh is eoungh of the big bad rip-off.
