Update card services for fingerhut - axsys national bank
Card services called me today or did they - because my mother has the first and last name as I do. She too has the rip-off fingerhut calling her. But the thing is that the card services never ask for any kind of info like brithday, or ssn# or anything. What they did say was you need to pay your bill of $383.98 and I told her "I do not think so I am not going to pay you again".
So it has not even been a day yet {ya I got the big turn over already}. She said your card is revolving each mo. I ask her if she would send me a print out of all the things that I paid for and sent back? And she said she did not get paid to do my job and I told her to pay me to do her job.
She said that fingerhut or the banks do not keep printouts then I told her how do you know that all the info that you all have is right? Because the printouts you guys once sent after a few mo they paid anyway.
Well any way, they can do whatever they want cause I am not going to pay them. They have to prove that I have not paid them and I have to prove I did pay them. All the calls is not going to change anything.
But know one thing that even if it is the big turn over or the card services I will tell them that they need to read about themselves on the consumer complaints because fingerhut is a rip-off and before the big turn over has much to say they need to read the consumer complaintss because the big turn over will have all the info wrong cause they only know what card services tells them anyway and fingerhut did not leave much info behind, to find so we the people would have to pay for the junk and then close them down. I do not think so I am done with this rip-off wanna be fingerhut. The new fingerhut {ya right}!
