Silver Lining Service We cancelled a verbal agreemnt with this company and they withdrew money out of our bank all overdrafts, then said they wouldnot refund it back, then they said they would half of it

We were looking for help after Bank of America refused our loan hardship. We received a letter in the mail from Residential Relief foundation, LLC that stated That their records indicated we were seriously delinquent on our mortgage. We asked them in our free consultation where they got their information They said from Bank of America. I was foolish enough that I gave them my Bank routing numbers and they asked for $995.00 in 3 payments. My wifes eye's got big after I got off the phone and said that that wasn't a right thing to do and it set off warning signals. Well, I called back and left a message with one of the customer Service representatives that we decided not to retain their services at this time.
We just opened a checking account a couple months ago for our business when we got started and hadn't placed any deposits in it so we didn't think the Bank would pay anything if RRF tried to get anything but the Bank went ahead and overdrafted our account for $665.00 and 26 dollars in OD charges in which tomorrow they are gonna hear from me.
I called today and tried to get someone to talk to me. They put someone on and they told me" no refunds" which set me off. I ranted and raved until they got a Mike Nolen head customer service manager on and he said they'd refund all but $350.00 which they'd keep until I rescheduled, Then he got the Atty: John Stackowiak on and he wanted to keep the money that they got and call it good and and give their service for that amount. I wrote this Mike Nolan an e-mail ([email protected]) telling him that I wanted the full amount sent back to my bank, thta I didn't have any written signed contracts. That I was notifying my bank of this scam also the media and may retain an atty.
It's horrible that they would take advantage of people that are totally stressed out as it is. I thought about writing President Obama a letter about them also. Hope he gets on here and reads this.
