Owner of business Mike McKenzie promised to install a Carrier air conditioning unit into brand new home and ended up installing a Carrier air handler, and a Bryant condensing unit. Then when confronted about it would not come out to the house sent one of his technicians out. Then tried saying that Carrier and Bryant were the exact same units, when in fact they are not!
