I received a letter which looked like it was part of a government initiative to help people delinquent on their mortgages. I'm delinquent on my mortgage. Sounded too good to be true. The LLC in the signature made me think of Googling American Relief Foundation, LLC where I found it at complaint.
They charge money to help people. Looks to me like someone is preying on people down on their luck which is the last thing they need. I read another report where they didn't honor a money back gaurantee. I bought my place in 85' and have never been out of work in my life working at least 2 jobs most of the time. Why don't they make money through honest sweat and intellect?
How did they find out I was delinquent? Where's some privacy?
Since I'm unemployed, can I get a job tackling these b*tards?
