Protection Junction called me on 6/11/10 regarding a credit protection program and offered a package including a $200.00 gift, good for gas, products or merchandize, I paid $9.95 on 6/11/10 for the shipping charges. This amount was charged to my credit card. I never received this package or anything else. I call them 4 times to cancel and sent 2 e-mails all with in the 10 day period. I have copies of my e-mails and the e-mail they sent saying it would be refunded in 5 days. On June 19th they charged 99.95 to my credit card, I imediately called them and told they I had cancelled there service and had never received anything. I spoke to Ashley and was told they would credit my card back the $99.95 by the 26th. Of June. This did not happen, I called again on the 26th this time I spoke to Sam, he assured me I would have my credit in 5 days. Again, this did not happen. Because of this $99.95 charge it put me in an over draft situation. I was charged $35.00,3 times. I feel that Protection Junction should refund my $9.95, the $99.95 plus the $105.00 that I was charged by the back for the overdraft. On July 5th I spoke to Gavin he assured me he would get my refund taken care of immediately. I have asked to speak to a supervisior every time and have been told they are in a meeting, or unavailable. I have also asked to speak to their credit dept to find out what the hold up was and have been told they can't put calls threw to the credit dept. I live on Soc. Sec. And was unable to purchase any groceries or any of my RX's from June 19th until July 2nd becuase of this mess. To day I called again and was given the same speal, no supervisior avaiable, can't connect to credit dept. And will put a message threw to the credit dept to refund my money. I am so frustrated and stressed over this situation. I hope you can help me. I would truly appreciate it. Also I hpe you warn other people of this Scam. There are many, many complaints against this company. Their phone number is 1-800.795.7998I would like help in getting my money back. The bank has told me that they can't do anything for 30 days.
