CBS News did a major expose on Fairbanks Capital in the summer. Now, from what some friend of mine in the Evening news Department (who is very familiar with the allegations about Ocwen) told me in confidence earlier this evening, there will be a story on Fairbanks Capital. Rumor has it CBS will report that Fairbanks has reached a $55 million consumer class action settlement).
Please, please watch the broadcast as it has optimism and publicity implications for the federal nationwide putative class action lawsuit brought against ocwen.
Also, a critical hearing will occur on monday, november 24 in federal court in bridgeport, connecticut in the hanson v. Ocwen class action lawsuit which we are fighting day-in, day-out on everyone's behalf against these thugs. The preliminary injunction hearing and the class certification motions are among several scheduled for argument that day.
TURN OUT IN YOUR NUMBERS. Last week, I was in a federal court in New York City as a plaintiff's lawyer in an unrelated class action, and the defense lawyers numbered over 100 and filled the courtroom to capacity. DO WE OCWEN VICTIMS HAVE ENOUGH OF A STAKE IN THE REPAIR OF OUR CREDIT AND THE UNSHACKLING OF OUR LOANS FROM OCWEN AND MOSS CODILIS AND LITTON LOAN TO TURN OUT IN NUMBERS ALSO?
