I just got it from REUTERS: they are about to announce the settlement (read FALL, PUNISHMENT and DISGRACE) with Fairbanks Capital (so Ocwen can prepare for its approaching and IMPENDING turn).
CBS will air the story tomorrow Wedenesday, Nov. 12 at 6:30, Eastern Time. We are all to watch that program, as that case is similar to our Federal Nationwide putative class action against Ocwen.
CBS will expose the victimization Fairbanks Capital imposed on their borrowers, so similar to the one Ocwen is imposing on us. The Ocwenite tactics used by Fairbanks Capital will be explained to the entire nation: the "suspense" accounts, the late fees, the nonposting of payments, the forced insurance, the purposely underpaid taxes, the arrogance of the Dis-servicer, the anguish of the "clients", etc.
We will be able to enjoy the exact explanation of the punishmnt due to Fairbanks Capital, and hence, foresee the BIGGER PUNISHMENT to come for OCWEN THE DEVIL. Some action at last! Real hope for our families! Do you see it, Ocwen? THE SKY IS FALLING, OCWEN. Run, run, ocwen. The sky is falling on your friends and you are next! He, he!
