Rude Collection Calls and Hidden 75 Percent Interest on Loan

This company hires people off the streets to humiliate/harass for there payment. Every month I get harassed, then my loan is 75% interest, that I did not know about until I got my bill. This should be against the law. This makes me very sad, because I am a very hard worker, and do not deserve to be treated so rude.: (This company is a huge rip-off.
