Wilshire Consumer Credit has called friends, employers, left messages with all my loan information included. Does not state that they are a debt collector and that they have confidential information for me and only me. Added $472 to my monthly bill stating that it was from two short payments from six months ago. These payments were authorized by previous calls and statements were mailed with not additional amounts due besides my monthly payment.
Messages are left at my job in the general mailbox starting at 8:00am and they are messages that should contain language from the Fair Credit Act but instead are with all the information regarding the loan. Payment is due on the 1st and they begin calling on the 3rd!
Never gave me a copy of my contract after signing it so I can not dispute any terms at all.
Interest is 48% annually and they refuse to accept payment arrangements.
STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!
