I switched to Crescent about 2 months ago u have no idea how many times my business money hasn't been deposited in my bank for a few days, i deposited a check in april and they didnt even tell me that it didnt go through until the customer called me and told me i never cashed hes check, wat a great customer i called crescent and asked if the check has been deposited and they said it hasnt been authorized so i had to go to the bank and deposited my self so i mean the check scanners dont work the rate isnt that great and some of the customer service employees will have an argument with you if you complain i am canceling today and they are trying to charge me 495 dollars this is just not fair and its a ripp off for small auto repair shops like mine
