RE: I've been an AMEX JEWELRY card-holder for more than 35 years my credit is inmpecable... Well so far. That amex chose to stop my account-based on individual problem (HOWEVER THEY DONT CARE)... I've the rest of the Centurion cards plus some Guatemalan co branding cards with AMEX... I've often settled promptly. I've insurance on my PLATINUM Centurion CARD that they cost each month. I'd not utilized this card for some time and since I haveam usually traveling I'd not observed claims, but because I-donot make use of the card used to do not understand that their insurance was operating up the statement and producing the consideration late... I named about the 22 to pay for all my additional cards plus they woman I talked to delivered to my interest the truth that there is a balance due about the PLATINUM card... I settled it ENTIRELY... And about the 23rd they Terminated all my cards. I've talked to every customer support consultant I've had the opportunity to requesting to talk to a of some kind who may help and her SOLUTION WAS IM SORRY FRIEND... THERE'S NOTHING WE COULD DO!!! (BOSS EMPLOYE SHERYL HEINE PHOENIX ARIZONA OFFICE)

I truly do not worry about getting the card anymore... But i worry about my credit...
