I dated this woman Sonja Gosteli and we were going to buy a home together. Sonja was not working at the time of applying for this mortgage for a acreage and the financial institute was asking her for all kinds of conditions to be met and she ended up giving up on that one as she thought they were going to find out she had no job.
Sonja and I then found a home in Turner Valley that we loved and she was told by a friend of hers Glen Chomiak to go to this lady at the Royal Bank to apply as he had used her before. SOnaj did so and I could not go onto the mortgage as I owed revenue canada at the time. Sonja persued this mortgage on her own all while leading the baks to belieive she still worked at Globi Web Solutions where her and her ex had 2 months earlier split the business, she kept the building and he kept the business. Sonja would use the office and had her ex husband who now owns Globi keep her name on the company directory and when Sonja needed to fax aby info to the banks as needed for the mortgage she would drive to the Globi office and do her faxinf from there all while leading the Royal Bank to believe she had a job there. Sonja would use company letterhead and had Andreas her ex husband have any calls comming into the Globi phone number forwarded to Sonja's cell phone once again to have the bank believe that Sonja had a job there. SOnja used the Royal Bank to get a line of credit on a property of approx 170,000 so that she could take 104,000 of that line of credit out to use as a down payment on the home in Turner Valley, so in the end she is taped out financially for this house. I reported this to the Royal Bank on how Sonja had frauded them and falsified information to get these mortgages, to date the fraud department has done nothing to her so I guess it is ok to falsify information to the Royal Bank to get mortgages.
This is not the end of the story, Sonja also done this to Canada Trust and to Scotia Bank to get removal covenants to on 2 other mortgages to have her ex'x name removed from the mortgages in which she had to qualify to get these. Once again, no job, false information and gets 2 other mortgages. Sonja spoke with Andreas and asked him to keep her email at globi active and before he removed her to let her get all her business done with the banks. I witnessed all this and have MNAY witnesses whom knew Sonja had NO JOB while trying to get the mortgages.
In this day and age I cant see how this can be done, BMO had majour fruad going on and here a woman with no job can get 3-4 different nortgages. How is this possible? I truly believe the banks just thought I was a ex boyfriend who was complaining about her, but in the end if a PROPER investiagtion would be done Sonja should be charged with either fraud or falsifying information, it is a serious offence what she has done and Globi Web Solutions helped her do all this and they should be accomplices to this matter as well, the secretary at Globi by the name of Jenn all in all knew Sonja didnt work there but would transfer calls for Sonja to her cell phone. VERY SICK Situation.
