Bank scam/very rude

Our company banking account was billed instantly without my understanding. I approached my local Wells fargo lender but given that they couldn't notice who'd completed this, they offered me their legal department.in MN.

I talked to some Megan, she explained it had been in the government and all I desired was in order for them to send over a duplicate of the discharge type which I really could have all of the money-back into my consideration within one-day. I requested, that's it, she said yes.

I approached government to go over, they claimed sorry and launched resources do to thier mistake and delivered Wells Fargo and myself a notice of launch.

I subsequently approached Wells Fargo authorized agian in Minn. To consult with Megan, she was about the telephone however the guy called Alex may help me, He's the only real Alex in thier Authorized department.in MN, he explained they'll put-back all cash obtained from government ASIDE FROM $100.00 lender charge it's still billed in my experience.

After I asked why, he explained since government did not say it had been there problem. You might believe when the government is delivering a fax to some lender requesting them not to permit the resources to become transferred, it had been thier error, right?

After 15 mintues about the telephone of attempting to ask why Megan did not state that within the first-place, he simply extended to speak over me, not hearing me and belittling me to the stage that after I requested for his boss, he'd none. After I requested to get a manger from another department. He'd none. After I questioned him if he was the top man, he explained, no he was not! Have you been pursuing me below

After I asked him if this is the way he spoke to others, he explained when they provide me issues as if you, yes which easily desired to consider my company else-where, to do this. I inquired if we were being telephone documented, he explained no, after I told him I had been documenting, he got pissed and hung-up

I was not but atleast I acquired the final laugh

Main point here, I've been banking with WELLS FARGO going back 9 years. I've a company, individual, savings and my boy includes a checking account. I'm currently departing do to ALEX in thier MN. Appropriate workplace.

I'll not claim something great about them again! You are able to rely on me to express anything negative about them nevertheless!
