For months, I have been going to the Post office. I run a small busines. The envelope I use is ALWAYS the same. The item is always the SAME: a basketball card.
The wieght always the same. And the price has always been the same...$1.39 within the USA.
Until now... Now everytime I go to this specif postoffice located in Miami, they try to charge me for the same, envelope, size and item...$ 1.73!! Why? They claim the envelope doesn't weigh enough! Well, shouldn't it cost less then and not MORE? I have all the recipts to proove they were always charging me $1.39. I have fought with them as I do not have this problem at other post office This is not right. Why do I need to pay 40 cents more per envelope when there is no difference! It is bad enough that the lines are almost always out the door!!!
