After a year and a half doing everything they told me to... Sent them updated financials after I called like I have been periodicall, and found out I was denied for lack of updated info... Confirmed it was recieved on July 11th and was told it would be expedited to a Q analyst for review... Never heard another work til last week when collections called me and told me my mod. Was denied... With hours of inquiring and given the run around I found out they got the papers but too late... Still denied for lapse in time when info not updated. WHY DIDNT THEY LET ME KNOW THEY NEEDED UPDATED PAY STUBS, BANK STATEMENTS OR WHATEVER!!! Start again? How can I? I have been holding off on filing chapter 13 but I guess that is now my only alternative... Chase is evil~
