The lady continue to argue with me concerning my telephone bill and light and gas bill. The lady kept telling me my bill was $369.00 and i calmly tried to explain to her that she must be mistaken, for my bill says $269.00.. After i repeated that to her saying mrs you are mistaken... The lady rudely and viciously attacked me at the mouth. The lady start yelling at me and using hateful bodly language. The lady base up her voice and tried to intimidate me. The lady was determine to initimdate me and wonted to make me out to be a lier. I immediately gather my bills and went to another teller... Thats when it was revealed that i was right about the amount. The lady rudely came over and started argueing continious and got to making outrageous statement concerning me. I im 62yrs old with high blood pressue heart problems from time to time... The way this lady verbally assaulted me i felt my heart racing and it frighten me. The time i was there was 3:52pm a day i will never forget. I repeat again this rude and nasty behavior from this teller is something i will never forget. Im literally nervious and afraid to walk into another currency exchange its bad enough you have to watch for purse snatchers but i never thought you have to watch out for the currency exchange tellers..
