Unauthorized charges

I had money taking out of my bank twice last month and this money and did not authorize it. I called and she game me some kind of email address i could half understand. The amounts were 29.96

I want my money deposited back into my bank on monday june 14 no questions ask you should still have my account information since you were able to withdrawl it.
