I have sent payments to this GMAC Mortgage since a balance of $44,200.00 were in bankruptcy from 1998 t0 in 2005 my job were on strike to came back from strike and paid GMAC Mortgage $15,789.00 to caught up payments from 2005 t0 now i am paying $564.00 a month on interest, still have a balance $32,687.00 and at the maturity date (May 18) i will still owe a balloon paymant of $46,689.57 to payed right then. I talked with GMAC about loan modification, the answer they give me my loan cannot be modify. I am a Veteran and disable and this problem is destroying me. My interest is 10.74% daily
