Itemization price not delivered

Hello,

I'd been billed 100 bucks additional by IBSN to get my tax-return itemized that we did not do later due to their phony method of performing itemization.

I've been looking to get my reimbursement of 100 bucks from last 3 monnths however they do not get the telephones. Within the email they simply say we're returning but don't return.
