IBSN is certainly not trustworthy. Their reaction is extremely bad after obtaining the cash. I paid $300 about the 1st week of February to IBSN and till today my fees hasn't submitted.
I had been provided a great reimbursement estimation by IBSN and was requested $300 to obtain the PDF from their website. After spending $300 IBSN delivered me the PDF however the PDF was believed in a wrong-way. I'd requested them to fix it plus they long required time for you to correct it. After obtaining the modified PDF I came across that quotes are now actually been down as well as it had been described within the PDF the client has proof to aid the itemized deduction. The IBSN never questioned me whether I've the published proof to aid the itemized deduction. On speaking with IBSN affiliate, he explained that IBSN will require care of any question/problem just in case an government request evidence and that I may document the itemized deduction with confidence on IBSN. I requested IBSN associate to drop mean email mentioning that IBSN will require care of any problem if any question comes however today IBSN is questioning to provide any written guarantee.
Because IBSN isn't providing any written guarantee, I've subsequently went for Regular reduction. I actually donot believe it takes $300 to document standard reduction. Another businesses (like turbotax) are requesting just $40 for processing standard reduction. I've requested IBSN to consider $40 to document my regular reduction but return my leftover cash ($260) but I notice no reaction from the very long time. I've actually increased the problem but no respose. That is also absurd.
You guys are cheating together with your clients. It been nearly per month since I paid money and my fees aren't actually submitted and also you aren't actually returning my cash!
Shame on IBSN.
