I began working with this group near the end of April. I requested my first lawyer change because the first guy put the wrong dates on the form and the bank took the money out of my account before the correct dates I gave him. The first time was my fault for not paying attention. The second time he had said he would take care of it and didn't. The insufficient funds fees added up quickly. They switched me to a different lawyer, then another, and now a paralegal who has no idea about my account. The secretary keeps telling me their busy or out. This was started about 1 1/2 mo. Ago. We've been served our papers and only have 18 days to go and now I have no clue if I should trust them. I've read quite a few bad things about them so I feel I need to go with a local lawyer. I have no idea how I got their name in the first place. DO NOT give them any of your money. Go with a local lawyer you can trust and who is there for you. It shouldn't take 1 1/2 mo. To file some simple paperwork. My foreclosure summons could have been stopped had they done their jobs. I'm also out about $2000 between their payments and nsf fees from my bank for their mis-dated contracts. My opinion: DO NOT use this law firm.
