Deutsche Bank called me to court for summery Judgment in a foreclosure case on my home.
In my answer I asked them to make sure they are the registered owners of interest of my home and to file the necessary papers to so prove. They did file a sworn statement that they do own the note; however I did not see its assignment, in my papers at all.
Weeks before the court date for summery Judgment I called my Lawyer to take the case.
On the day in question, the bank did not attend the court date to defend the foreclosure they started.
I have a feeling they are having trouble with the paperwork and they did not send the lawyer as to not lose the case, and or be barred from coming to court without proper documents.
My loan is upside down as the market value dropped so quickly
