Trucker Express express had a program for owner operators to purchase a truck via them by leasing. It has been a know fact that once you are about to pay the truck off, the company takes the truck back. I was 7 months from paying off the truck and the company said I misuse the fuel card and took the truck. I explain to the company that I didn't misuse the fuel card because I am the owner operator and I was purchasing fuel for the truck. Nevertheless, the fuel charges are coming out of my settlement and there was no agreement on how much fuel you can buy. The company didn't want to hear this and told me to clear out my truck.
