This "company" took $492 from me to "improve my credit" in order to get an unsecured loan. After completing "phase 1" of the credit repair the wanted another $175 to proceed to "step 2" which was guaranteed to get the loan. If I had that kind of money laying around, would I be looking for a loan? Something needs to be done about things like this and I would like a refund of the $492. Oh, by the way, that $492 was supposedly "totally refundable" when the loan was processed.
