Usecured Loan Services
Sell you a list of banks that will MAYBE give you an unsecured loan foe $250

They, or any of these "Financial consultants" claim they will get you an unsecured loan for x amt of dollars, but you have to pay a "Administration fee" of a couple of hundred dollars to get the paperwork started. Then all they send you is a list of a few loan institutions or loan sharks who MAY possibly give you a loan if YOU HAVE GOOD CREDIT. If you HAD good credit you would'nt need a loan in the first place.
ANYONE who asks for $ up front to get you a loan is scamming you. NO BANK in the world will work with a 3rd party to negoiate a loan, plain and simple.
It's all carefully and vaguely worded to not actually promise you a loan, or submission of a loan, it's just bullshit! If they want money up front DO NOT GIVE IT TO THEM!
