My expereince is just like the other two cases with just a little different details, As I read them I am sickened and angered.
I also was told by Alan Jones several times and over a 12 month period that I quailifed and my business quailified for funding. These reports were not here then, because if they had been I would never have paid them a dime.
The very thing I asked Alan about qualifiy with my score and my company being new and him saying that they can get funding because the banks know that Business Developement Authority will make the companies AAA credit worthy, so that is why they can get funding and get it so fast.
Well I was declined for the very things I asked about and now we are battling back and forth about a refund and to date they said no, even though they use the contract as their leg to stand on and the contract states corp funding up to 400k as the service purchased.
I can't believe the owners believe they are going to get away with this. It would be nice if we all could work together to uncover this scam. I have already notified the BBB of Southern Nevada, The Attorney General of Nevada and The Attorney General of Florida, The FTC and The Las Vegas Police. That is just for starters, especially now after seeing these other reports and I am very suspicous of those rebuttal companies!
So for others! Warning! Beware! Three similar stories in three states and this might be only the ones that took the time to file a report.
