Under Minded Over Charge

Complaint / review text:
I was told that if you have direct deposit and the account they consulted me to open with that they don't charge you any expenses or charges.in example if your account is under $2500 you pay service charges.

If you use your debit card as a credit charge you will not be charged.

Well I have proof at that is not true.

When I went to close out the account they tried delay tactics to not close the account and got a little bit of a smart tone and attitude about it. They said they should not have been charging me with the account that I have and direct deposit. Then continued to say that if after the account is close and someone still continues to charge my account at TCF BANK that they will pay the bill and send it immediately to collections. I chose not to say if the bill is still paid by them after the account I will take Principal: Mr. Mark Jeter, President, and others to court, and make a www.youtube.com video like www.youtube.com/watch?
