Hello my friends. We are starting to make some noise and we need to keep going! The FBI is involved now and it would behoove all of you to contact your local FBI Agenency and report what AMERIQUEST did to you. Thus far, the FBI is involved in 2 states, Michigan and Pennsylvania. THIS IS WHITE COLLAR CRIME and you need to call your local FBI office. Also, you need to contact your state department of Banking and your Attorney Generals office.
By now you know that Ameriquest uses "bait and switch " with regard to the interest you were promised and the one you actually received at closing. They inflated appraisels, They inflated incomes to make the loans work. This is NOT legal and you have rights and you should pursue these rights. There are attorneys who will take your case on a PRO BONO (FREE) because they will recover their cost in the court of law.
THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE AND YOU AND ONLY YOU CAN MAKE A DIFFERENCE. START NOW BY READING ALL THE REPORTS HERE ON usacomplaints.com. I mean read each one so you can familarize yourself and react accordingly.
