I received today a letter from Attorney General Bill Lockyer in Sacramento, CA. I think it behoove anyone with an AMERIQUEST problem to write to him. His Address is as follows:

Or you can telephone him at (800) 952-5225 or his direct number is (916) 322-3360. I have been corresponding with his department for the better part of 10 months and he takes this very seriously, especially due to the fact that AMERIQUEST's has their corporate headquarters in his state.
If you really feel that you need to be heard and untimately helped then you need to file your report with Attorney General Bill Lockyer's office.
Ameriquest is faced with a CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT along with numerous personal lawsuites. They promised ACORN that they would work with people and they have gone back to their original way of doing business (RIPOFF, LIARS).
In closing, don't only file with California's Attorney but also call or write your states Attorney General. It will make a difference only if you take the first step... File... File... FILE.
