I've experienced inadequate support from RBC who continued deceptive me for over 2 weeks to do easy bank job, which every other lender might have completed in under half an hour.
Bank team as of this department continued creating explanations and different good reasons for not doing the job. Each time I visited their department, I came across team is quite more hectic in having individual household conversations at the office, while client is on table. Several girls team were actually hectic within their aesthetic & elegance affairs. (no exaggeration)
