I have a $9000 credit limit and as of late my available credit was only $17 but still not over the credit limit. I made a payment of $100 to give me the amount of $117. However, once I received the monthly bill, it said in big bright red letters that I am over my spending limit and the charge for that was $117.89. And that is on top of my minimum payment that I will make in due time.
I feel as though I am being ripped off and that Wells Fargo is committed a very serious offense in that they are basically stealing from me... Tapping on fees that I don't even owe them in the first place.
I wrote them already and said that I wasn't going to pay it and that I will make my normal payment whenever but as for the "over the limit" amount that they want me to pay right now... Not a chance.
I said that if it wasn't removed from my account in a few days that I would report them to the authorities... Even if I have to go all the way up the food chain to President Obama.
