A purchase was made with my credit card and services were not given to me with what I purchase. I disputed the charges with Kinecta FCU and my money was returned to me. Two months later, the money was pulled from my account, and your company told me to work it out with the merchant. Due to the fact Kinecta did not notify me that they money was being taken from my account, I was making charges and spending money that I was not aware I did not have.
Due to this, I faced many insufficient fee charges and two credit card payments were bounced. Kinecta was not even willing to contact the merchant and work with me. I was treated like a second class citizen. Because of this, I will no longer be using your servicers, the services that I once praised among peers.
Disappointed.
