Unauthorized Charges

On May 3 I discovered an unauthorized charge of $16.03 on my phone bill from AT&T. I called AT&T and Mainstreet to dispute the charges. Then later in the day I checked my records and found 5 other charges in the amount 0f $78.80 over the past 5 months. I EXPECT A FULL AND IMMEDIATE REFUND OR CREDIT FOR $94.83 within 5 business days from 5.4.10.

If this credit or refund is not in my hand by the above mentioned date of 5-11-10 I will file a comlaint with the FCC and the BBB within the state you are doing business in.
