The company called me over and over until I answered the call. They told me there was a small problem with my contract but they had it fixed and all I needed to do was sign the new contract to get the new changes to take effect. I asked them what was changed and they said it was just some simple wording and nothing to worry about.
What they didnt tell me was that they left had left the company that I was under contract with and they tricked me into signing a contract with a new company that I didnt want to go to.in doing so, I lost all the money I had paid into the previous company with, causing me to lose over $2500 and then because my original account was still active, I was double charged in my account causing me to default on several bills.
I went to their old web site which used to be trilogydebtsettlement.com but now it takes you to debtsettlementcenters.com. I know all the information is fake on that site, such as settlements acheived and such. Now I am caught in a mess, out a ton of money and I think my identity may have been stolen as well.
Beware of Jeremy Fox and Mhyleen Fox and any company they work with.
