Used scare tactics to try and scam me at my home

Convenience Protection Program is just a FRAUD. Dependence salesperson offered me the "Convenience Protection Plan". Feb. 2006.

The sales hype was a bunch of lies. She essentially stated the Heater and Ac were totally coated for several repairs @ 15.99 per month. They'll send a fix guy and repair any issues. I thought it too-good to become accurate and so I asked many concerns.

November (after nearly 4 decades of funds) the Heater would not switch on. And so I named Dependence, from the period the fix guy came it had been functioning. But he was very pleased to tear aside our Heater and reveal it'd a damaged heat exchanger and also to repair that it had been $900.00 therefore he may aswell promote me a brand new heater. Therefore, I stated when are you able to repair it, as it was all protected underneath the Convenience Protection Program, right?

Incorrect! I had been currently being informed by what it did not protect, that will be fundamentally exactly what often stops working. I instantly thought I had been in the centre of the FRAUD, not just had I been spending 15.99 per month for nothing. But this permitted Dependence to enter you house and additional tear me down.

He explained he by policy (whose self-serving plan) he'd need to eliminate my heater. Departing a household of five without warmth! Recall it had been operating before he came.

I really donot think he was truthful concerning the damaged heat exchanger since the heater continues to be functioning.

Dependence - first CHEATED me out-of 15.99 per month for four decades, after which employed shock techniques to CON me at my house.

Obviously after I named Dependence to protest and have to get a reimbursement of my $15.99 per month for four decades. They study from the software deflecting from the laying salesman to accusing people for not studying the fine-print within the brochure they never sent me.

Avoid dependence - they're scammers.
