For A Long Time we've been paying down our shop charge card, through Citi for a long time. Usually spending promptly when abruptly, we were struck with "Overdue charges". The expenses were usually shipped promptly but Citi statements these were postponed from the Postoffice and fund costs of more than 3 times the cost were included.
Customer Support are ineffective and wasn't thinking about any thinking or evidence of cost, And might just eliminate a little part of the costs after which only when the whole cost was paid-up top.
Citi is actually enjoying quick and free using the Truth-in-Lending work and intentionally staffing their telephone lines with unable or obtuse employees.
I for just one have dropped all value for Citi.
