Hello,

I'm writing to inform you my siblings terrible experience with kmart. Nowadays April 27, she visited kmart in Enid Ok. To get 12 items. Although she was receiving step up the computer failed. Therefore the cashier rung it-up again. She endured their for more than 45 minutes awaiting the computer to function. It had been excessively warm within the shop, She was sweating. She's handicapped and requested the supervisor to get a beverage of water4 occasions. She stated she thought like she would distribute. The supervisor stated if we get fresh computers, we wont get any increases. Which was uncalled for I believe. She's currently worried that because the cashier rung up her products twice, and he or she needed to signal twice, that her charge card is likely to be charged twice, and he or she wont have sufficient cash to protect it.in my opinion the supervisor, must of had some regard for my cousin, and everyone that makes the shop. She stated a number of her purchase products, they charged her normal price, and never the purchase price. She spent $82.10. She stated she don't believe she'll visit kmart later on. Really rude boss. I'm writing for you as my cousin doesn't have pc.
