I visited Kmart in Fitchburg, MA on 4-03 at 1:00 PM. And visited buy three Playtex bras along with a plunger. I subsequently visited the register to look at my products. I noticed a lady cashier waiting on the man and that I got behind this guy. The cashier was called Estelle Nolan at register #10. She really rudely explained she was SHUT! I then searched around for an open register. I came across one light on. There have been 9 individuals within this point. (I mentioned them). I subsequently returned towards the unique cashier and requested her if there could be anymore cashiers arriving on-duty? She responded in my experience, " theare on lunchtime; they'll be arriving ". What-ever occurred towards the client comes first? This cashier might have been more respectful and stated she'll demand extra aid. Well I can't think you are able to operate a well known shop like Kmart with one cashier on-duty. How unprofessional is that this! To allow a person location her products about the register and go out the doorway will certainly shed you company from her and perhaps others. I'll be discussing my encounter with my loved ones and friends.
