Online double killing

I put an order online with KMart, plus one of these products was from Sears. I settled via PayPal, and was charged for that total-order (items from each KMart and Sears) using the cost being designed to KMart, and was furthermore charged just for the Sears product with that cost likely to Sears. I instantly named KMart and customer support stated that a reimbursement could be future. No refund actually arrived, and so I named again — and was informed that it's not regular business training and he or she (Morgan) might guarantee the reimbursement. It was on 3/17/10. I never got the reimbursement. I called again and was informed the demand had inadvertently been submitted to some poor purchase document which it'd be resubmitted. It was never resubmitted. I called again and talked having an online event employee, Josephine, who submitted me to her supervisor, Danielle, and was informed it'd again be expedited and could be finished no later than 4/20/10. Nowadays, 4/20/10, I named and there's no report of it. Don't use this online service. The let you know what you would like to listen to within the expectations you'll ignore it. I'm mad and am considering appropriate motion for no additional cause than their representations are real scam.
