Amarica Financial Law Group, AKA Law Offices of Andrea Loveless, LLP where doing my loan modification and I started it back in October. It is now April and my house is going to auction in May. My loan rep. Called me every few weeks up until I got a notice stating I was being forcolosed on and I found out before they even told me.
I had a few e-mail and conversations stating that the lender said I didn't qualify and that they won't negotiate... A total load of bull.
I called my lender today and they told me that my loan modification had been discharged becuase the law firm never gave them my updated financial income, which they never asked me for.
These criminals knew all along that it had been discharged and kept stringing me along.
Thankfully I called the lender and told them what happened and they are more than willing to re-open my loan modification and work directly with me.
I will report these firms to every angency out there!
