Do not go here
I went here on April 8th to file my taxes; a friend recommended this Agency to me. He had scheduled an appointment over the phone with them prior to that date and was given a 12-1 slot. I arrived there at 11:45 to allow time to fill out paperwork. When I arrived I was given a "Log" supposedly to keep track of who comes in. I got signed in as number 21 on the list. I presented all my paperwork to a girl named Dalicia and she took all my information down and my original documents, made some copies and told me to wait that my appointment was soon to be called.
I waited from 12:00 P. M till 4:50 P. M to be seen. I spoke to the Head Tax Preparer in the office (Jeanny Portillo) who seem to be the only handling the preparations of taxes. There was another Woman in the office who only seemed to handle small tasks and a gentleman whose name was "madera" who kept lying to everyone in the office (about 45 of us) that we will be next.
