I have several accounts with Bank of America and I have been pretty much satisified up until a recent problem with a check that through my account into overdraft. Now I have no issue with the fact that I made and error and forgot I had a check out there. My concern is that I had numerous pending items out at were pending before this check appeared and they were put in the backburner and this larger check came in, it wasd paid and the company charged me 6 overdraft fees of $35 each. I called the bank to advise them of this and was advised that they could not credit these items because I had had a redit to my account in the past. The credit in the past had nothing to do with issue. I am sick andf tired of these banks juggling the way they process items to suit their need to obtain fees from the consumer.in this time of financial problems most people like me cannot afford to feed the banks their fees. I know I should have had one fee for thr forgotten check but for the pending items, they should have been paid first. This might not help me but I am going to make sure that everyone I know and on the internet of these practices.
