Complaint / Review
Washington Federal Savings/Mortgage
Violation of Consumer Privacy

California Federal Savings (Utah Wholesale Division) Expert and Supervisor mentioned information on my home loan on atleast two events having a company affiliate who's not really a co signer about the notice. This can be a distinct breach of the Grahm, Leach, Bliley Act and also the lender's own online privacy policy.

The Wholesale Supervisor instantly refused his steps when the organization was informed.

The Leader, boss, and Chairman of the Panel submitted my written criticism to some Sr. Vicepresident / Chief A Lawyer. Obviously he quickly supported the reconstructed "details" the Wholesale Supervisor created.

Upon confirming the issue towards the Workplace of Thrift Supervision (OTS), California National instantly got retaliatory activity within an try to intimidate and stop me. Whether OTS reprimands California Federal Savings, I plan to follow appropriate motion until they come clear and solve my issue like every organization with ethics might do.

Our advice would be to stay away from this establishment. If you should be currently a person, ensure that your privacy hasn't been broken to any level. When you have a home loan with California National, notice if you're able to be eligible for government or traditional funding. The conditions are often somewhat much better than should you stick with Washington Federal Savings.
