This company is nothing but criminals. I can't believe I was stupid enough to fall for this but being divorced and on my own with 3 kids I thought it would be a good idea.
Little did I know they prey on people who have bad credit, recently filed bankruptcy, etc. I have called numerous times regarding my refund, I know they received it because I sent it certified and of course you can't read the signature.
They keep telling me I don't have a refund date and now the 866-250-6035 says they do not do customer service for RCS anymore and they do not have a contact number. This is bull. I do not see how they can sleep at night knowing that they have ruined innocent peoples lives and cause them not to trust anyone like that again!
I know that they will one day get what they deserve, I just hope I am around to get it.
